Floating floor plates, layered transparency, and a sculptural helical stair unite the home’s three levels with quiet drama. Black stone, warm timber, and curated lighting articulate thresholds, while water features and native vegetation create moments of stillness and shadow.
More than a home, the structure becomes a vessel for light, movement, and pause — seamlessly rooted in place yet effortlessly elevated above it.
