1. In this website as in any other contract entered into and between the parties, HHARC shall mean Hugo Hamity Architects cc, and the CLIENT shall mean the person/s, and or group liaising and/or contracting with Hugo Hamity Architects cc.

2. The CLIENT and HHARC shall enter into a formal Client-Architect Agreement for any purchase of existing plans and/or new services that the CLIENT may require from HHARC.

3. The CLIENT agrees to furnish HHARC with any information required by HHARC in order to commence, develop and complete HHARC’s services. Such information shall comprise and it is not limited to: property’s title deeds, Municipal by laws such as zoning certificate and SG diagram, land survey, geotechnical report, and required accommodation schedule.

4. Copyright and Intellectual Property: the architectural designs, drawings and all associated features and services in this website are owned by HHARC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws. Any reproduction partial or in full by any party other than by HHARC will constitute a violation of international Copyright and Intellectual Property Law.

5. All information remains the property of HHARC until paid in full, except for Copyright, as per above clause, which remains property of HHARC perennially.

6. The CLIENT shall have the right to use the information and plans provided by HHARC, upon full payment by the CLIENT thereof, for the sole purpose of erecting the building in question on the site in question only.

7. The drawings, pictures, and information on this website are for information only and HHARC cannot be held liable for any omissions and/or errors these may have.

8. Marketing: HHARC reserves the right to photograph and advertise the client’s residence once built in any platform as HHARC sees fit for the purpose of this agreement, excluding hard copy magazine publications where the CLIENT shall have the right not to grant permission for advertising.
