Carved into the granite hillsides of Northcliff, this residence asserts a bold, sculptural presence while remaining deeply attuned to its natural surroundings.

Cantilevered slabs, matte black volumes, and illuminated tree courts form a dialogue between shadow and terrain. The design unfolds across layered platforms, with each level revealing a new perspective — from cinematic sunset views to serene interior sanctuaries clad in warm timber. A restrained material palette and precise detailing allow the architecture to both contrast and harmonize with the rocky outcrop, anchoring the home in place with quiet confidence.
