House Manar is being built on a steep slope on the side of the Northcliff mountain in Johannesburg.

The house plan is designed in 3 levels. The bottom and top levels house the bedrooms while the middle level houses the double volume living areas. The infinity pool has expansive views towards the Johannesburg CBD and it is designed to sit on top of 5 majestic concrete walls 6m above natural ground level.

Architecturally, it is a hybrid of a concrete and steel structure married together to maximise the views of the Johannesburg skyline in the horizon.
