House Erasmus was design for a young family. The layout centers around the double volume living area which in turn centers around the double sided fireplace. One of our best Architectural Designs in South Africa
The living areas are on the ground floor while a feature staircase leads to the 4 bedrooms on the first floor.
The elevated steel roof hovers over the double volume area allowing for natural light to penetrate into the house through the day.
To the north, the entire open plan living area and kitchen open up to the swimming pool terrace and the indigenous garden.
