The house plan layout is centered around a courtyard in a C shape and it is divided into 2 sections: the open plan double volume living area to the front, and the bedrooms to the back of the property with the double volume main bedroom completing the layout wrapped around the courtyard that also houses the pool.
The rooftop features an open terrace accessible via a spiral staircase from which one can appreciate the sunset views to the west.
