This commercial building is designed in 2 sections: offices, and warehouse. The office section is double storey with the top floor overlooking onto the ground floor via a central double volume area and entrance reception.

The offices feature open plan and executive offices as well as a canteen, gym, and training area facilities.

The warehouse section is divided into 2 smaller warehouses for receiving and dispatch as well as dedicated offices, canteen, and change rooms.

Aesthetically, the offices are surrounded by a glass perimeter which open up onto terraces towards the view of Johannesburg on the horizon and sunset with automated vertical aluminium louvers that operate with the sun throughout the day.

The offices in the warehouse section mimics and connects to the main office section while the warehouse section features “zebra” style vertical sheeting to allow for natural day light.
