The Residence Boutique Hotel is a family project situated in the tourist town of Fort Portal overlooking the Rwenzori Mountains National Park.
The hotel will feature 15 self-contained executive suites as well as conference facilities, a roof terrace, events Lawn area and a clubhouse with an infinity swimming pool and a gym.
Architecturally, it is design in the modern African style. The external walls have a playful yet modern combination of concrete walls and cantilever slabs, stone cladded walls and glass. The garden is terraced with retaining walls cladded with the local volcanic rock, widely found in the area.
