The house plan layout is centered around an open courtyard that houses the pool. Off this courtyard the internal circulation links the entrance with the open plan living kitchen area and the bedrooms at the end of the composition. All the bedrooms are en-suite.
Aesthetically, it is a modern interpretation of the vernacular Cape Dutch style with white plastered walls and a black roof finish. The house also features a modern take on traditional chimneys.
