This house plan design is ideal for a single person, a couple with no kids or 1 kid, or someone with Airbnb ambitions. It comprises of 2 bedrooms en-suite that open up onto their own private gardens with private entrances.
The living area and bedrooms form an L shape around the entertainment area and they open up fully onto the sunken lap pool on the deck. The elevated steel roof allows for perimeter natural lighting throughout the day. On the first floor, there is an office/study/3rd bedroom mezzanine that overlooks the double volume living area.
Aesthetically, the house was conceived as an all-white beach-feel design that represents the freshness of the ocean. The new steel roofs will “float” almost as hovering dishes over the different areas identifying the functions below.
