House Faruk

House Faruk has been designed in Lagos, Nigeria. The brief was to create a secured first floor bedroom area at night while still being connected to the ground floor and the rest of the house during the day.

The house plan layout wraps around a double volume living area in the centre with the circulation on the first floor overlooking through safety armored glass openings. A gym come entertainment gazebo and swimming pool will be built to the side in direct connection to the internal living areas.

Aesthetically, it is a modern design that represents the security given brief and privacy requirements.
